Having had one lesson I am continuing the training as instructed by Shauna using his favourite ball as a reward. In just a few days we have seen an improvement and he is loving the stimulation. We are looking forward to the rest of the training and further improvements. Would highly recommend the service

Absolutely brilliant, spent time going through everything & watched me doing commands until everything was working

Shauna explained everything really clearly, then demonstrated some exercises to set the scene for the behaviours we needed to address; mainly barking at other dogs on walks and when passing the home and chasing our cat. We are one week into practicing the exercises and we are seeing a very positive response to the exercises. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Shauna and would highly recommend her.

Shauna was great and really helped me understand more about when to respond to Molly and when not to. I’ve been using some of the strategies she taught us to really good effect and feel confident that her advice was good. Shauna explained things in a really clear way and was very engaging. Everything was pitched at just the right level to help make learning fun and informative not stressful.

Shauna is absolutely brilliant. She completely understood my dogs’ problems and explained everything to me very clearly. We had massive progress in the first lesson alone. They’re completely different dogs already. Shauna demonstrated and walked me through the training exercises very clearly and her lesson notes were very thorough. She’s really helped me understand the dynamic in my household and how to work on correcting it. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.
