Shauna was great and really helped me understand more about when to respond to Molly and when not to. I’ve been using some of the strategies she taught us to really good effect and feel confident that her advice was good. Shauna explained things in a really clear way and was very engaging. Everything was pitched at just the right level to help make learning fun and informative not stressful.

Misty is my second dog Shauna has helped with. She was so good at explaining what to expect from the different breed and her walking advice was so useful. We've made lots of progress in just a few days. Her advice on jumping up has also made a huge difference to Misty's behaviour.

Shauna is friendly, positive, and very clear in her instructions. She is a pleasure to work with and some of her explanations of canine behaviour and body language have proved light bulb moments to me, even though I have spent a lifetime around dogs. There is such an improvement in our 15-month old rescue Labrador Retriever girl's behaviour after our first session with Shauna. Yesterday, a fellow dogwalker even commented on how much calmer she seemed.
