Amazing transformation….!!! We are still in shock…! We contacted Kevin as we were having issues with our 14 month old Cavapoo, Blaze who was trying to be the ‘top dog’ and rule us all – we knew what he was doing, but we had no idea how to stop it. His behaviours were, over excitement when meeting people, separation anxiety, excessive barking in the garden and recall issues. On arrival Kevin immediately put us at ease, and within the hour we had a totally different dog. Overall Kevin spent 3 to 4 hours with us, both inside our home and out and about in our local community. He addressed all the issues by embedding the straightforward technique that was initially learnt. We cannot believe that something so easily enforced can work so effectively. We now have a very well behaved dog who is much happier, settled and contented now he knows that it’s not his responsibility to keep us all in check. Our sincere thanks Kevin. When our new dog Nessa started to make us feel we genuinely needed some external help and advice, initial research left us confused. Did we need a dog trainer or a dog behaviourist? After lengthy research and lots of discussion, we kept circling back to Ben at Barkbusters. We took the plunge and arranged our first session. After that first session we felt that Ben provided everything we expected in terms of behaviour and training. The results were immediate and Ben spent lots of time listening to our individual concerns before teaching us how get the very best out of Nessa in terms of basic behaviour, control and most of all, being able to go for walks whilst while Nessa stayed calmly at heal, ignoring distractions and accepting that during walks, and whilst indoors, we were pack leaders and not her. The changes to our lives, and I must add Nessa's, have been immeasurable. She is now a much happier, calmer, content dog. Ben has always been on hand if we needed advice, and left us with a renewed self confidence that we could do everything he taught us. That more than anything, made all the difference. Sarah was very professional. She was really informative on what we needed to do. She also talked us through the training in practice and gave us constant feedback to help us support Teddy's needs. She explained the importance of perseverance and patience. It won't be a quick fix but after 5 days we're seeing signs of improvement. We know she's there for us throughout the training programme. Can't praise her enough.

Kevin was great. I didn’t have much hope for my dogs bad habits but they are both like different dogs within the same day. The techniques are easy to learn and Kevin was thorough with all of my concerns. I feel so much relief that I am able to enjoy my dogs and the feeling that I have more control.
